For [wedding] Photographers
Learn to be a better wedding photographer
by becoming a Better Photographer!
Once or twice a year we organise an unforgettable session of photography learning, inspiration and fun. We bring the best instructors, exceptional organisation and a great passion for photography. We always try to bring at least one more international photographer as leader to the workshops so that participants learn to see the difference in style and approach between photographers and have an opportunity to interact with professionals that are otherwise difficult to meet in India. You get to see inside the mind of renowned international photographers, understand their creative thought processes and pick up invaluable insights and tips. We have already conducted workshops with Andrew Adams and Christophe Viseux and will keep trying to bring new leaders. You do not want to miss this!
In the jam-packed days you’ll learn from each of the photographers in carefully planned sessions designed to deepen your understanding of the photographic language, enhance your creativity and boost your career. The workshop is a starting point in recognising your own style and USP as a photographer in a highly competitive market.
The schedule is always hectic and packed with learning but we do try to make it a lot of fun as well, and usually succeed. Have a look below and read what past participants have to say about the workshops.
To stay updated about future workshops please subscribe by adding your name and email to the mailing list. We promise not to spam you, never to sell your contact information or pass it on to a third party.
We look forward to seeing you with us in the next workshop.

Some people have this incredible ability to put their soul out there and move you so deeply that suddenly you want to be better, do better and just inspire like you just have been.. and most importantly there are some things that no book or theory can teach you.. only some people can.. Thank you Sephi
Attended Jaipur to learn to be Sephi Bergerson. Came back as Sudhir Nair. Thank you Sephi and Christophe Viseux for changing my vision. A million thanx to both of you!
I had heard a lot about this workshop from my sweet wife, who is big fan of your work. My first reaction to her was , “Do you really want me to spend so much?” and in simple words she said “ It’s worth more than what you are paying“ And the first day itself proved her right, I was like holy cow…. This is kick ass.
Little did I know I was in for something completely overwhelming! … I was given front row seats to view life through the eyes of Sephi, Andrew & Christophe. … It was truly inspirational. Until then photography had been just a passion for me, after this workshop it turned into a passion with a purpose, I was inspired to go out there and give people a glance of the world through my eyes. The words of wisdom provided at this workshop are sure to stay with me forever!
I would say I didn’t get what I paid for…but a far more than what I bargained for. What I was humbled by was the fact that the three wise men did not hold back anything from the aspiring students. In a time and age where knowledge is power and everyone with a DSLR is an “accomplished” photographer, this was an eye-opener.
I have taken back so much with me that words aren’t enough to express. This workshop has helped me lift my confidence and see the world in a different way. Thankyou all for being a part of this wonderful journey with me.
The first session which Sephi started with took the workshop to a completely different level. Apart from coming across as an experienced and renowned photographer, Sephi to me came across as a spiritual teacher.
Most tiring and an Incredible workshop ever … To be very frank i feel emptiness after it all has ended… Learned a lot perspectives ,styles and approach … And more over understanding yourself what you like to do , getting closer to your inner self. Thank You For conducting such a workshop.
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is for intermediate and advanced photographers, who have a solid understanding of how the camera works, want to enhance their understanding of photography language in the field of wedding photography, and don’t mind staying up late.
I am just an amateur. Can I come?
Yes. However, we will not touch any camera techniques and will not discuss aperture, shutter, lenses or any of these kind of questions. These workshops are about self expression and not a beginners photography course. You need to know your gear and have an open mind for learning.
When is the next workshop going to be?
We run not more than two workshops in a year, usually in the off season for weddings in India during September, January, April or August.
Will you be doing a workshop in my town?
We try to arrange workshops in different cities in India. Previous workshops were in Bangalore, Goa, Jaipur and Mumbai. We are currently looking for a new destination but these plans always change. If you want to attend the workshop please do not wait until we come to Trivandrum or Manali.
What is the equipment requirement for the workshop?
There’s no need to bring your camera as the sessions are not aimed to give you ‘photo opportunities’ to enhance your portfolio. You will be able to ask questions and interact with the photographers during the seminars, so prep some questions. You will need to show your images for the group critique so a laptop is not a bad idea to have, but not a must. Do bring something to take notes on – a laptop, tablet, or just a good old fashioned paper and pen.
Can I bring my video camera?
Still cameras are welcome. No audio or video recording please! This includes your mobile devices.
What will be the cost of the workshop?
The final cost of the workshop varies from time to time depending on the location and number of leaders. In general it is usually about Rs 50,000 for three days, excluding your travel and stay.
How can I register?
Please subscribe to the mailing list and we will keep you posted once a new workshop is scheduled. Registration for the workshops is on a first come-first serve basis.
